EE WAS STANDING BETWEEN 2 PALLETS OF ROCK DUST. WHEN ONE OF THE PALLETS WAS MOVED IT PUSHED A BOARD AGAINST HIS FOOT PINNING IT AGAINST THE OTHER PALLET.
