MINER WAS HELPING TO REPAIR MINER. TAKING A SHAFT BAR AND LIFTING A MOTOR INTO PLACE WHEN BAR SLIPPED AND HE FELL BACK LANDING ON A PIECE OF ROCK JUST BELOW BACK BONE.
