HE WAS TRYING TO PUT ANOTHER STEEL IN LINE IN DRILL HOLE. IN DOING SO HE HIT THE WRONG LEVER SMASHING LEFT THUMB BETWEEN BOLTER CANOPY & STEEL IN HOLE.
