Narrative

EE STATED HE WAS CUTTING A WEDGE IN TWO WITH A RAZOR KNIFE. THE KNIFE SLIPPED OFF THE WEDGE CUTTING THE EE LEFT LEG ABOVE THE KNEE. THE LACERATION WAS 4"" LONG 1/2"" DEEP.
