THE VARIABLE SPEED CONTACTOR CONTROL WIRE WAS DAMAGED FROM VIBRATION. THE MINE EVACUATION STARTED AT 3:45 AND WAS COMPLETE AT 3:55 PM. THE CONTACTOR WIRE WAS REPLACED, THE HOIST TESTED AND RES TORED TO SERVICE. MINERS RE-ENTERED THE MINE AT 4:30 PM.
