EE WAS HIT ON THE HEAD BY AN ELEVATOR DOOR WHILECLOSING THE ACCESS DOORS. NOTE- THIS ACCIDENT WAS FIRST REPORTED ON 12/3/02 TO HIS SHIFT FOREMAN, THE FIRST DR.'S VISIT WAS ON THE 4TH OF DEC. 2002.
