EE WAS HANGING A VENTILATION CURTAIN IN AN AREA OF 8 FOOT HEIGHT. A ROCK APPROX. 18""X12""X2"" 20 LBS FELL STRIKING THE EE ON TOP OF HIS HARD HAT. HE SUFFERED A CUT ON THE SIDE OF HIS HEAD APPROX . 2"" LONG. THREE STITCHES WERE REQUIRED.
