EMPLOYEE WENT TO SEE COMPANY PHYSICIAN ON 12-4-02 AND WAS PLACED ON RESTRICTED DUTY. EE USING A 9"" HAND GRINDER ON A 10"" I BEAM, WHILE GRINDING THE BEAM SHIFTED OFF SUPPORT ONTO RIGHT FOOT WHI CH CAUSED A FRACTURE TO RIGHT FOOT.
