UNINTENTIONAL ROOF FALL OCCURRED ON THE 8TH WEST LONGWALL ENTRY #2 -#1 ENTRY AT 5183'WEST. THE FALL WAS APPROX. 40' LONG, APPROX.18' WIDE AND APPROX. 8-10' THICK. THE FALL DID NOT AFFECT VENTILATION OR PASSAGE OF MINERS. THE FALL WOULDNOT BE CLEANED UP.
