Narrative

EE WAS USING A 24"" ADJUSTABLE WRENCH TO TIGHTEN TRACK BOLTS WHILE INSTALLING 80 LB TRACK RAIL ON THE #2 SECTION. THE WRENCH SLIPPED OFF A TRACK BOLT HE WAS TIGHTENING & STRUCK HIS FACE.
