EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING A LOADED 16 CU YD DUMP TRUCK INTO THE QUARRY TO DUMP CLEANUP MATERIAL FOR RE-PROCESSING WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE CAUSING IT TO TIP ONTO THE DRIVERS SIDE.
