INJURED EMPLOYEE HAD BACKED HIS TRUCK UP TO UNLOAD IN BIN. WITH BED UP A PC OF COAL GOT THROWN FROM THE BED HITTING THE EMPLOYEE ON TOP OF HIS HEAD CAUSING CONTUSION LACERATIONS.
