INJURED STATED THAT HE RECEIVED CHAPPING WITH A BURNING SENSATION AS HE WAS APPLYING SEALENT TO A MINE SEAL. INJURED WAS WEARING RUBBER GLOVES THAT COVERED THE AFFECTED AREAS.
