ON 11/29/02, EMPLOYEE WAS STEPPING DOWN FROM SHUTTLE CAR CAB AND TWISTED HIS RIGHT KNEE. EMPLOYEE WORKED SEVERAL SHIFTS, BUT STARTED MISSING DAYS ON 12/27/02. KNEE WAS STRAINED WITH FLUID BUIL DING.
