EMPLOYEE WAS SWINGING A SLEDGE HAMMER ATTEMPTING TO REPAIR A CRUSHER. WHILE DOING SO THE EMPLOYEE TWISTED HIS KNEE, THIS CAUSED THE EMPLOYEE TO FEEL A PAIN IN HIS KNEE.
