Narrative

AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM OCCURRED WITH THE SLOPE BRAKE CAR THAT PREVENTED IT FROM OPERATING PROPERLY. TWO ELECTRICAL RELAYS IN THE ""DOWN"" CIRCUIT WERE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE AND WERE REPLACED. THE SLOPE BRAKE CAR WAS REPAIRED AND PLACED BACK INTO SERVICE AT 6:15 PM.
