Narrative

EE STATED HE WAS OPERATING THE LOADER, WHILE DOING SO HE WAS BACKING THE MACHINE UP AND CROSSED OVER UNEVEN BOTTOM. THIS CAUSED THE MACHINE TO PITCH AND JARRED HIS NECK.
