Narrative

EE WAS INSTALLING ROOF BOLTS AND AS HE STARTED TO DRILL A HOLE A PIECE OF ROCK BROKE OUT OF THE MINE ROOF, FALLING AND STRIKING EE ON THE LEFT FOREARM CAUSING A LACERATION. HE RECEIVED SEVEN S UTURES TO CLOSE THE WOUND.
