Narrative

INJURED WAS TRAMMING A SCOOP AND ENCOUNTERED A 6"" DISCHARGE LINE THAT THE CANOPY WOULD NOT CLEAR. HE PUT HIS LEFT HAND OUT OF THE CANOPY AND HELD THE PIPE UP TO TRAM UNDER. AT THIS TIME THE RO PE BROKE HOLD THE PIPE AND IT FELL CATCHING HIS HAND BETWEEN THE PIPE AND CANOPY.
