EE WAS TIGHTENING A 60 AMP CABLE PLUG IN TRANSFORMER WHEN HE BUMPED CABLE OF ANOTHER 60 AMP PLUGWHICH EXPLODED. EE FELL OR WAS KNOCKED TO THE GROUND. ON 1/16/2002 & 12/19/2002 GIVEN RETURN TO WORK WITH RESTRICTIONS & PERFORMED REGULAR JOB. EE WAS TAKEN OFF ON 12/30/2002 DUE TO COMPLICATIONS. INCIDENT UNDER INVESTIGATION & NOT COMPLETE. CONSULT W/INJ & EMP OFFICE(DENVER) 1/14/2003
