EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING A 1"" RUBBER HOSE WITH A RAZOR KNIFE. THE KNIFE SLIPPED OFF THE HOSE AND CUT HIS LOWER RIGHT WRIST REQUIRING FOUR STITCHES.
