Narrative

INJURED WAS BEHIND THE ROOF BOLTER AT THE CABLE REEL WHEN HE TOLD AN ASSOCIATE TO START THE ROOF BOLTER. AS THE CABLE WAS TAKEN UP IT STRUCK HIS LEG CAUSING HIM TO OVERSTEP & HURT HIS BACK.
