EE WAS WELDING LINERS IN THE DREDGE HOPPER. HE GOT OFF OF WORK AT 4 P.M. BY 7 P.M. HE SAID HIS EYES WERE BOTHERING HIM AND HE WENT TO THE E.R. HE HAD WELDERS FLASH TO HIS EYES.
