Narrative

INJURED WAS REMOVING A 4"" X 2"" BELL REDUCER FROM A 4' WATER LINE. INJURED WAS USING A 24"" PIPE WRENCH. AS INJURED PULLED ON THE PIPE WRENCH, HE FELT A PAIN IN HIS BACK.
