Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS TAKING OUT CASTINGS IN THE BALL MILL WITH THE HELP OF ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. THE OTHER EE STRUCK THE CASTING IN SUCH A WAY THAT CAUSED IT TO CHIP AND FLY INTO THE EMPLOYEE'S FACE.
