PERSON WAS WALKING DOWN THE SLOPE TO WORK REMOVING ICE BUILD UP, AND TRIPPED ON A LUMP OF COAL FROZE TO BOTTOM. CAUSING HIM TO FALL ON HIS RIGHT SIDE.
