EMPLOYEE WAS GRINDING UNDERNEATH THE SCRUBBER & BETWEEN THE FRAME OF THE CONTINUOUS MINER. THE GRINDER KICKED BACK, STRIKING HIS LEFT CHEEK AND FOREHEAD. HE REQUIRED STITCHES & RETURNED 1/14.
