MAN WAS PUTTING UP 8' TENSION REBAR BOLTS WENT TO BEND THE 8' BOLT AND BOLT DIDN'T BEND. STRAIN TO UPPER BACK, SHOULDER PAIN IN BOTH ARMS. STARTED MISSING 1/15/03.
