EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING A SEED GRADER ON A FARM TRACTOR. AS HE WAS CONNECTING A SHAFT, THE POWER TAKE OFF ON THE TRACTOR ENGAGED AND CAUGHT HIS GLOVE, TWISTING HIS RIGHT HAND AND ARM.
