EE WAS CUTTING A RUBBER HOSE WITH A BOX KNIFE. WHILE PULLING THE KNIFE TOWARDS HIMSELF THE KNIFE SLIPPED & CUT A 2"" LACERATION INTO HIS LEFT ARM.
