Narrative

EE WAS CHANGING A GREASE FITTING ON THE STOKER ABOVE THE FIREBOX AT THE THERMAL DRYER. THE DOOR WAS OPEN ON FIREBOX. HIS ""COVERALLS"" IGNITED CAUSING BURNS TO HIS LEGS AND FINGERS.
