EE WAS DRILLING A BOLT HOLE. THE TOP STEEL WAS STUCK IN THE HOLE AS THE EE ATTEMPTED TO REMOVE THE STEEL IT FELL STRIKING HIS RIGHT FINGER. EE STARTED MISSING WORK ON 1-31-03
