STARTED DOWN BERM ON FOOT WHEN ROCK SLIPPED CAUSING EE TO SLIP FALL BACKWARDS. WHEN EE WAS FALLING HE CAUGHT HIMSELF BACK FELT PAIN IN BACK, BUTTOCK AND THIGH.
