EE WAS HELPING CO-WORKER UPRIGHT A FITZ MILL. AS THE LIFT RAISED THE MILL SWUNG & KNOCKED EE TO THE CONCRETE. THE FORCE WAS SUCH THAT EE SPLIT OPEN HIS HEAD ON IMPACT.
