#31 HOIST LOST POWER ON DOWN SIDE 8:35 P.M. CALLED ELECTRICIAN IN AT 8:40 PM. AT 9:00 PM CALLED MSHA. AT 9:40 PM CALLED MSHA BACK AND HOIST WAS BACK IN SERVICE. HAD A LOWER CONTACTOR BURNED UP . WE REPLACED IT.
