Narrative

THERE WAS A PUSH OF HOT MATERIAL THROUGH THE KILN. HOT CLINKER TRAVELLED ACROSS THE PAN CONVEYOR TO CONVEYOR BELTS 62BC11 & 62BS02. THE BELTS CAUGHT ON FIRE. WHILE TRYING TO PUT OUT FIRE EMPLO YEE WAS EXPOSED TO SMOKE.
