EE STATED THAT HE STOPPED SCOOP TO GET A PIECE AOF PIPE THAT HAD FALLEN OFF TRAILER. HE WAS PULLING. HE STATED THAT HE GOT OUT OF THE SCOOP BEFORE IT STOPPED AND THE WHEEL OVER HIS FOOT.
