THE EE WAS REBUILDING RETURN ROLLS. THE EE'S LEFT PANT LEG CAUGHT ON FIRE DUE TO CLOSE CONTACT WITH A GAS HEATER NEARBY, CAUSIN A 2ND DEGREE BURN TO LEFT LEG BEHIND KNEE.
