Narrative

EE WAS USING A COME-ALONG CHAIN HOIST TO RAISE A BELT STRUCTURE. AS HE WAS APPLYING PRESSURE THE CHAIN HOIST OR THE CHAIN HANGER BROKE LOOSE AND STRUCK HIS RIGHT EYELID. THE INCIDENT CAUSED A LACERATION TO THE RIGHT EYELID THAT REQUIRED SUTURES. HE RETURNED TO WORK THE NEXT SCHEDULED SHIFT.
