Narrative EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO ADVANCE A SLIDER TUBE, THE ROPE ATTACHED TO THE TUBE BROKE CAUSING EMPLOYEE TO FALL BACK AGAINST THE RIB AND TO THE GROUND. RESULTED IN A CONTUSION AND STRAIN TO HIS BACK.
