EMPLOYEE WAS RIDING PERSONNEL CARRIER ALONG WITH FELLOW CREW MEMBERS. THE OPERATOR HAD JUST COMPLETED TESTING THE BRAKES AND WAS STARTING DOWN INTO THE PIT WHEN THE REAR END OF THE PERSONNEL CARRIER WENT OUT THUS LOSING BRAKING CAPABILITY.EE ALONG WITH CO-WORKERS JUMPED OFF WITH EE LANDING ON WRIST.
