Narrative

EMPLOYEE ALLEGEDLY WAS OPERATING THE ""CAT"" BACKHOE WHEN THE ENGINE OVERHEATED. AFTER WAITING A FEW MINUTES HE TRIED TO RELEASE THE PRESSURE ONE THE ENGINE'S RADIATOR. APPARENTLY THERE WAS STILL PRESSURE AND THE EXITING STEAM BURNED HIS LEFT HAND AND THUMB.
