EE STATED HE WAS OPERATING A CAT HOE. HE HAD THE DOOR OPENED TO THROW AWAY SOME TRASH. THE WIND CAUGHT THE DOOR BLOWING THE DOOR OPEN MORE, HE CAUGHT THE DOOR WITH HIS LT. HAND TO PULL IT SHUT . WHILE SHUTTING THE DOOR HE CAUGHT HIS RT THUMB BETWEEN THE FRAME & THE DOOR HINGE CAUSING HIM TO MASH THE END OF HIS RT. THUMB OFF. NOTE: NO BONE INVOLVED.
