WHEN EE WOKE UP ON THE MORNING OF 3/24/03, HE NOTICED DISCOMFORT IN HIS RT. EYE. HE RECEIVED MEDICAL ATTENTION, WHICH WAS THEN DIAGNOSED AS AN ARC BURN OF HIS RT. EYE. A PRESCRIPTION FOR ANTI BIOTICS WAS GIVEN.
