EE WAS REPAIRING SOME OF THE FLOOR DECKING ON THE PREHEAT TOWER. DURING THIS TIME THERE WERE SWIRLING GUSTY WINDS THAT BLEW SOME DUST PARTICLES INTO HIS RIGHT EYE, EVEN THOUGH HE WAS WEARING H IS SAFETY GLASSES WITH SIDESHIELDS.
