THE EE WAS OBSERVING 2 EE'S TAKING APART A 1 1/2INCH AIR LINE AT #165 SHIELD IN E-7 LONGWALL. THE AIR LINE WAS STILL PRESSURIZED & BLEW APART, STRIKING HIM ON THE RT. SIDE OF THE FACE.
