EE WAS STANDING ON RT FRONT FENDER OF HAUL UNIT CLEANING MIRROR; WHILE STEPPING DOWN TO GET OFF, HE LOST FOOTING & FELL 4 FT TO GROUND. FALL CAUSED STRAIN TO LT KNEE & LT HIP.
