IE WAS USING A SLEDGE HAMMER TO DRIVE LOOSE A LINER IN BALL MILL. THE LINER CAME LOOSE, BOUNCED OFF SIDE WALL OF MILL STRIKING EE IN LEFT LOWER LEG, CAUSING A COMPOUND FRACTURE OF LEFT FIBULA.
