EE STATES HE STARTED TO USE TORCH FOR CUTTING STEEL WHEN FLAMES CAME OUT NEAR TORCH LEVER. GLOVE CAUGHT ON FIRE CAUSING 2ND DEGREE BURN ON HAND. (HOSE CLAMP WAS LOOSE, ALLOWING GAS TO ESCAPE & IGNITE).
