Narrative

WHEN TESTED, THE BRAKES ON THE SLOPE HOIST BRAKE CAR WOULD NOT RELEASE. WHILE TROUBLE-SHOOTING, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE MIDDLE BRAKE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BRAKE CAR WOULD NOT RELEASE. THE BRA KE WAS ADJUSTED AND THE BRAKE PUT BACK INTO SERVICE AT 5:45 AM.
